Hi, I'm Pamela
and I believe recovery deepens when people feel seen, respected, and supported without judgment.
I know how lonely and challenging eating disorder recovery can feel in a world that normalizes disordered eating and makes genuine healing feel out of reach. The isolation, the confusion, the constant pressure. It's a lot to carry alone, and why I was inspired to become a coach.
I found freedom later in life and that experience changed how I show up for my clients. I bring to this work care and compassion, attention

to the broader context of each person's life, and a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to change at any stage.
When I’m not working, I enjoy writing, spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, visiting coffee houses--solo or with friends, streaming a good murder mystery, or curling up with a book and my rescue cat, Philo.
I love reading, both for work and pleasure. Being surrounded by my books brings me so much comfort and joy. It’s like being in an ongoing conversation with old friends and evolving facets of who I am—reminders of the phases I’ve lived through, the ideas I’ve carried with me, and the things that still spark my curiosity. I am grateful for how recovery allows me to appreciate the quiet magic in all of that.
